Terms and conditions:

Please wait to receive confirmation from our office regarding therapist availability for your appointment. Appointments are considered scheduled once our office has sent you confirmation. Appointment requests through this system can only be made for appointments Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm. Weekend and after hour availability may be possible but please contact the office directly with those requests.

There is a 75$ fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment; the client is responsible for the entire session fee if they NO SHOW (do not cancel appointment prior to scheduled appointment).
